Hi, I’m Eileen , creator of Two Shores Gin.
“My journey began, in Edinburgh, Scotland where I grew up and went to school. As a child I’d enjoy exploring the local area with my dad as he foraged for fruit and botanicals.”
“Dad loved nothing more than the outdoors and his greenhouses, where you’d find him creating gin from botanicals he found in the garden.”
“After college I moved to London where I worked in the drinks industry. Then in 2012, I moved to California on an adventure with my family and we never left!
California was very exciting and different. Inevitably, I thought about where I’d come from and the things I missed. One of the big things was British craft gin scene which at the time was exploding in popularity.”
“On a trip back to the UK I went to a distillery in London and came out with my first ever experience of making my own gin. And so the idea of making my own gin, inspired by my dad, began.
Two years on, lots of research and Two Shores Gin was distilled in Los Angeles.”
